PORTOVECCHIO is a historical residence in the medieval part of Levanto and it consists of six holiday apartments.
In the centre of Levanto, its name PORTOVECCHIO refers to the merchant port’s quays, which remained active until the 17th century in the very place of today’s entrance gate, whereas the building lies behind the medieval walls.
Entirely renovated in 2020, the residence features a parking lot with car places* for each apartment, a shared laundry service and a common garden. All the apartments enjoy private outdoor spaces, such as gardens or terraces, and air conditioning.
Its central location is ideal if you want to visit Levanto on foot or by bike, leaving your car in the internal parking. With a few minute walk you can reach the beaches and the landing stage of boats to the Cinque Terre, and to shops renting both conventional and electric bikes for exploring the surroundings and the cycle path to Bonassola and Framura.
The Cinque Terre can also be visited through an efficient railway line or several trails maintained by CAI (Italian Mountaineering Club).
*The parking is provided with two TIPE 2 power plugs for charging electric cars. It is recommended to advise at the time of booking if you need to charge the car.
PORTOVECCHIO features six small- or medium-sized holiday apartments. They are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, modern kitchens with induction hops and dishwashers and outdoor spaces such as small private gardens or large terraces.
